if it was just ICANP being targeted that WOULD NOT be different. but for the sake of argument lets assume that it was, it would STILL not excuse the FACT that WeR4 is EXPLOITING A BUG.

and the simple fact is, it ISNT just us. these guys are doing this to everyone they can.

Seems like someone is jealous of an active and fun corp.

It’s actually a very helpful corp to new players, which you should appreciate. Without new players, the game will die. Literally. Do you think the new owners are going to lose money just so you can beat up on new players?

Please lay off the “protect the newbies” bandwagon, all of us were one at one point, and it was never 1 single corp that kept us from quitting, your corp is not unique in this aspect.

If you squint really hard, you might just see a little something passing overhead.

I have, and it does not support your claim.

Furthermore, the war history cannot support your claim because it only shows war eligibility as of today, and not at the time of war, nor the origin of their eligibility status. It’s entirely meaningless if some corp they decced in the past is, today, a dead 4 man corp that’s war ineligible, and that’s the end state for most Eve corps.

The bulk of their active wars and recent history appears to be against generally well known, target-rich entities, with you and SICO (which is really just another variant of the same disease) getting the bulk of the creative use of game mechanics. :woman_shrugging:

Already dozens of newbies left the game, never to return again :frowning:

New recruit of ICANP here - definitely not feeling abused in corp except by this exploit. Have learned more about the game in two weeks here than the two months I played prior. Have spoken with most directors and CEOs and they’ve been nothing but supportive of any of our endeavors. While I don’t support the newbro spam emails, I’ve looked beyond that and found a corp of decent people just trying to have fun in hi-sec. Have been killed now by players with much more powerful ships than I can fly/afford as I’m waiting for skills to train - am now having to remain docked during evening play time due to this exploit being used repeatedly.

There seem to be a LOT of bitter players here. Just because we have an active and fun corp, doesn’t mean you should hate us. And you might be aware that new players are the only reason this game is still online, correct? The new owners are NOT going to lose money so you can hate on the “newbros”.

HOW WILL YOU EXPLOIT THEM THEN

rofl
people hate ICANP because even with our open recruiting they cant get in.
standard mmo mentality, biggest/best guild/corp/alliance/etc gets the most hate same IRL (lakers a few years ago, patriots, etc)

also keep in mind i have been playing under 2 months, the entire time in ICANP, nothing but helpful people. and finally im able to help new players myself, so thats what we do.

This to be honest isn’t intended. There no reason for you to place a structure that completely useless in space without proper role to upgrade it for an actual useful purpose.

Right, the whole 4% tax so we can replace their ships tax. Because old school peeps like you prey on newer players for fun.

So we should’n recruit the people who are keeping this game alive, and support people like you who are actively trying to kill it. Do you really think that the new owner is going to lose money so you can feel special?

Kiiiiind of hard to self-describe as “biggest/best” while also crying about being dominated by an alliance that appears to have around 18 active characters (based on january kb history).

I really think these haters want to kill the game. The new owners of the game are definitely NOT going to lose money because some players want to feel special. It boggles the mind why they think that way.
