I come back to EVE to find that war dec has changed to the point where they have to own a station or POS to war Dec?? There are a number of issues when you have a player with a lot of $$ in real life who has 40+ accounts mining a high-sec system and using other accounts to gank other players and bully smaller corporations out of the system. You used to be able to declare war and deal with such behaviour but now you can’t?
The fact that people have to resort to “ganking” to try to push back against the overwhelming issue of some corporations. This is where War Decing would be ideal for dealing with the obnoxious behaviour of some major Alt-owning corporations like “Black Market Industry“. This alliance links corporations to the point that they are pushing every other corporation out, mining other people’s moons. That have literatly taken over the Ordion system. I have tried to find a high sec ganking rep to seek assistance but I was not able to.
I am not against multi-boxing, but when you have 30+ macks showing up to farm ice, and then the same person shows up with 10 gank alts to clear out any Abandon Conley, Astorid mining, and Ice mining is just agrovating. Also, I am pretty dam sure this person is using some program because of how Effective they are in ice mining and ganking. Other players have reported possible bots or illegal programs.
So, how do I and other small corps join forces to deal with such issues without ganking? This group of having 40 + accounts (looks like 1 or two person running the accounts) and friendly corporation can expand and domandate other systems like Misha too with out pushback unless “ganking” is involed.
I see what your saying when it a few pilots to bump etc. However, someone who has 40 + accounts puts Type A in the macks etc and able to put so much SP injection to their accounts so quck. Bumping is more work than it’s worth. I would rather declare ware like you use to do in the past and create hell for his fleet.
This situation is showing you can “take over a system” with small, limited consequences.

Wiggles Utility Operations and Marauders Associated.
The Black are 100% botting. So I know a number of locals reported them, so I’m hoping the CCP will investigate this.
We have been bumping them, but they come in with 2-3 Orca and boosting all the 25+ macks and a command ship as well, some sort of boosting. So, Bumping has no effect. So because of the range of Orcas and Macks cargo hold.. No point.
What makes you say they are 100% botting? Do you have any proof or are you just not good enough to multibox some miners and think anyone who’s better than you at the game must be cheating?
You know that this game works on a 1 second tick right? Things don’t happen a split second later, it either at second 1.0 or second 2.0 or second 3.0 etc.
It is always somewhat funny, how different the Situation seems to be from a different perspective.

About the Botting accusation: report to CCP as told before, I think they have the better tools to inspect suspicious accounts.
I also Think some of the people which have their Homebase in Ordion know, which holding corp belongs to which active played corp. So there is a Way to get Concord out of the way and do damage.
We have ganked in other systems we done other work other than just ganking. We have also done other ways to inform the arrogance of disrepect who seek to bully other players. Though as we do our thing, this number of account is not an issue. It’s taking other people moons and pushing everyone out. The other corporation worked on sharing and not overcrowding, but here they are taking action with no accountability for their behaviour. The Old system is simple and direct, and they would been reduced to wrecks, by the number of corporations, etc. Hell because they own no stations they are automatically safe ish!
The multi-account is not the issue, it’s the behaviour that I and some like to be put down on them. The War decing system sucks but as one said before they changed it because of “toxic” but create other issues at the same time.
My beef is we can not war dec, otherwise I would be happy to do the work of our gods. I am not a victium never claimed to be one but I just want to fight no gank.. and yet myself and some other are deneied to do so because the way it currently works.
If they only do it almost the same time it’s actually a sign of legit play. If it was exactly the same time, that would be clearly input broadcasting, but if it’s only almost the same time, that’s fine. Like, I can do about 6 accounts per tick, so 25+ machs would take me about 5 seconds if I did this. Just preactivate miners, and then click an asteroid on the overview.
Soden I agree something needs to be done, but I don’t have the magic solution for you. Last year I posted this locked topic here on the forum and most assumed I was just pitching a fit about MY astrahus. No the title was about people who run legit charities should be respected here, so more players would care to do the same. If you gloss over that topic, you will see I am making an effort to be the miner’s counterpart to Mike Azariah and his Magic School Bus program.
We are called care bears, I don’t mind in the least. I thought people playing Eve Online would care about the game they play. People like Mike and myself are trying to help rookies stay in the game. Make the population larger and give them the tools they need to get into playing. I was gifted a fighter ship by Mike long ago when I started. I think that is 75% of the reason I kept playing here. One day I got the idea, hey I am making all this ISK too, maybe I can do what Mike does, but gift mining vessels and show people how to make ISK mining. That is basically where I am coming from.
I am not anti-War Dec. I am not against people blowing up my stations. But why would they attack the Red Cross? We all know the answer, they seek and destroy the easy targets. I am still working on getting my plans together, I still gift free ships to people who deserve them. It is a real challenge to be the pacifist in a PvP game.
When you get War Decced for your core or whatever reason, it gets very depressing having to rebuild. I can only imagine others would give up or quit. Currently I am still a teen and will be joining the workforce this summer. Maybe then I can afford to buy an Omega or two here? In fall when I attend college and work, I may not have the time for fun and games here.
While you seem to be playing for your own ambitions, there is still something about the stations / war dec system that needs attention. Like I said at the beginning, I don’t have the answer. No one needs to endure more stress when they are attempting to just have fun.
