Wardec Nerf incoming

You’re absolutely right of course.

Wrong example. HS ice prices are unlikely to go down below 200K/compressed ice. Now, if you talking about veldspar… or anything else for that matter.

You’re spending way `to much time self-aggrandizing in front of me. I’m laughing at you.

It’ll happen in a few years. Emergency calls were made. Reminders of who has what photos of whom during the last fanfest were reminded of, etc.
If people will go through as much trouble to scam a killmail mill (RvB for example) they’ll go through this much trouble as well. Some people just have to win at all costs. Some guys even go into women’s sports just to win.

I always suspected that famous statistics from Fanfest 2015 was made to make drunk fans happier.

Yes, you will have to move. Too bad. But now let’s say you move with 50 man strong mining fleet in a NPC corp. What are you going to do then? The same - move. You can’t do anything else.

There are just 3 reasonable options in the end:

  1. Wars have to leave everyone in player corps on the same footing as the people in noobcorps = make them tied to the structure. ( = selected option; safest choice that breaks the least).
  2. Make noobcorps absolutely irrelevant for anything, including hauling, mining and whatnot (= noobs there will be left to die alone or to griefers in the corp as all friendly semi-competent people will go in player corps)
  3. Wars have to hit even noobcorps. (= starting systems and nearby will be killing grounds).

It would be MUCH better if the wars were tied to a particular structure and fighting could only occur in said system, but this is advanced level fix requiring some actual considerations, so perhaps sometime in 2025 if the game still lives?

Good luck knocking down hs keepstar.

Don’t troll, please. Stick to the topic or don’t say anything. Don’t tell people that you’re laughing.

HIghsec keepstars are next-to-impossible to kill. CCP Ytterbium (RIP) acknowledged that early on and said they would come up with some solution to that, yet they never did. Up until now it hasn’t been a problem, but I imagine now that the first has appeared, the floodgates will open and invulnerable Keepstars will start popping up everywhere over the coming months.

No idea how CCP is gonna fix that.

Mr Epeen, have I ever told you how much I love you?

No sarcasm here, your posts make me laugh so much. Can we donate to you?

Reduce their Hitpoints in high security or make them one reinforcement cycle or something?

Yeah, plenty of options. Maybe I’m wrong and this is a one-off given there is no other advantage to having one over a Fortizar in highsec, but if I was a wealthy highsec corp with a reasonably-sized core of players, a Keepstar is not out of the question if you want a near-impervious space castle.

Unlike you I am actually playing this game so I don’t spend as much time on forums.

When Eve become decent game, I’ll play it too.

Why you are not playing it? It is decent game.

Were I in charge, NPC corps would have wars with each other. There is no reason why Native Fresh Food would never have a beef with Aliastra. NPC naval factions would all be at war with the others per FW. You have to get people fighting right out of the box or else they get into ruts.
Of course that idea falls on deaf ears because the forum brigands like to complain about “risk averse carebears” but at the same time do not want every player to be like a member of “Fight Club”. The former are easy targets you see.

More it would be abused by the vets to farm easy kills. This is Eve. People will abuse systems

Haha, do you really think they will remove wardecs? Actually they are looking on how they can force the carebears to fight and defend their stuff.

Pareto distribution said that 20% people are very good at some activity and 80% of people are failing that activity. It mean that 20% of people are good in fighting.
If owner of the game allow unlimited fight ingame 20% of players will ruin the remaining 80%.

Bottomline: for every 1 elite pvp-ers owner of the game losing at least 4 regular players.
Money wise solution is simple: limite fight ingame maybe loose some elite PVP-ers and get 4x more regular subscribers, and money
