Warpath Standing Bug is continuing to happen

I am noticing something strange with this standing bug in game. It seems to be code based. Because the items in question are not grid.

This first standing strike was me being in defense grid in Varigne completing it with some support externally. Another players Typhoon was on grid, but I was the one capturing. So I have to ask if the standing strike comes from the system detecting [non capturing ships on grid]


However if you note the screenshot above…the Defense Grid…doesn’t have Executioners on it. [that is a frigate…while the defense grid is cruiser NPCs only]

This second scenario was in a defense complex. [neutral Gila was on grid, conversed with me over how to run the sites. He was confused by not being able to do them…because he was a cruiser.]


However, this site is only frigates…but I am suspecting from watching the activity of the NPCs…that the frigate NPCs are “drones” reskinned somehow with empire faction ships. Because the Proselytizer Punishers…are moving way too fast for their class. Usually one will orbit the Crusader and then move extremely fast…but if you kill the ship that its “orbiting” it then downgrades back into a normal ship speed/action. And I find that interesting, because I think the “Drone Mine” as noted in above screenshot…might be when you shoot that bugged NPC. Before it changes state.

Has anyone cross referenced their standings and the reports of what items are being causes of the penalty in the Warpath Event?
