Warping on ESS when bubbled

With a bookmark inside ESS. When flying toward it from 60 km away, the drag bubble does not pull you inside. Why does this happen? Is it a bug?

  1. Create a BM inside the ESS.
  2. Deploy a drag bubble on the beacon at the gate leading to the ESS.
  3. Warp to the BM at 60 km.

You will land at a distance instead of inside it.
