Most of hisec players are also nullsec too. Thats why uou really cant group players up by where they “live” in new eden. Most of the gank groups are actually nullsec players

Yes, looks like a decent mix to me for this point in where the game is at. Regarding Stitch, it might end up being better for him to have total freedom to let it rip on all the balance issues, idk.

I will agree there are a lot of good CSM in there.
Stitch will only find out about it when its already implemented thou and a lot of time will be lost 
Remember how long it took to fix Svipuls, imagine they where done right from the start or at least off to a much better start as perfect from the get go is pretty unrealistic.

they could even put 1 year plex pack for free, most of us would still not return
