Well had to ask my dear 78 year old mother if I could visit her on Tuesday which would be my 55th Birthday

She replied with this picture;

So looks like might be in for. Treat.

Though she told me not to show up drunk, which she knows I do drink in the mornings.

#2 , #3 - Pokers in Chicken w / five avavodas, garlic or onion seasoning, Mesquite and chicken seasoning + cinnamon. Get the chicken from Aldi’s, the $4 leg and breast. Boil on 2.5 making certain the pokers in chicken hold the chicken off the bottom of the pot.

#4 Mushrooms and Celery. Same seasoning as Pokers in Chicken.

#5 Califlower, Brocoli, Coucous, Lentils and brown rice. Onw can of tuna fish in water. Same seasoning as Pokers in Chicken.

Once you get everything cooked, boil some Quaker oats. Line the bottom of the Quaker Oats container with Quaker Oats and sprinkler some sugar, not much, into the Quaker Oats and then pack back into the oats container. Layer the bottom of the oats with brown rice and lentils, then maybe some chicken, mushrooms and celery. garnish with avocado.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Make certain to add eggs for protein and some honey in with the oats.
Can also be stir fried, served over biscuits, oh those puffy biscuits just full of golden butter. Havent tried them over a heaping stack of flap jacks.
Bon Appetite.

Make certain to add your favorite BBQ, Teriyaki or salad dressing to the top. Can be eaten warm or cold or in between.
