Offering help has been an uphill battle. I spoke to Mike about it, he told me he is just hard headed and stubborn. Mike steps into rookie chat and all the ISD know him, I guess being here +10 years helps a lot.

I keep getting told to shut the f*k up by even people who I am trying to assist.
