What do you miss about Eve that is now gone?

Can you name two mining ships that have been nerfed?

Rorqual & Hulk… :stuck_out_tongue:

Why what happened to the Hulk?

Tank nerf, effective cargo nerf, during tiericide.

Really? When was that?

Last one I remember was years ago, when I switched from Hulk to Skiff due to all the buffs.

First round of tiericide, right when the skiff got it’s first round of buffs.
To be fair it wasn’t much of a nerf, it lost maybe 10% tank. And it lost the ability to have a cargo expanded hold worth much as well.
But yeah, that’s how far you have to reach for a second miner nerfed, and the Rorqual is still better than it was pre buff, it just got toned down a bit because they buffed it too much, so in principle I agree that miners didn’t get nerfed,

So, like 7 years ago?

Yeah something like that.

D’ya think?

Miners are really kind of in a tight spot, “the you must go into high threat areas just to survive” mantra is rather annoying right now. I am not sure what CCP is thinking because Miners and Industry are the backbone of EVE online if you keep kicking them in the shins the whole thing crashes down.

It’s amazing what people will think just to convince themselves that they’re relevant.

Not only is it annoying, its total ■■■■■■■■ too and if you believe it, you are an idiot

Its been really frustrating when they hit us after the invasion with resource drop, then actual resources in LS [you know how little kerite is in LS belts?] and WH were nerfed. Pocheven right now is the only place making out like bandits resource wise. And then the Industry “tweak” literally shin-kicked alot of low tier non-corp industrial players in the teeth. And on top of that I have to deal with mindless NPC mining fleets that gut mining belts leaving almost nothing for the players to mine in LS!

Id ask why you feel the need to chase after these alleged valuable minerals?

Im a solo low tier one-person corp indutrial player. Cores destroyed my station network, but the other changes have been really good for me, and I dont chase the minerals

I want to build it myself! There is a sense of Minmatar Pride at stake if I have to buy my wares and I don’t know if they were made with slave labor as well!

But given what you are saying, it matters what you build?

True, but everything has been messed up. So one can’t build anymore and its more complicated and a problematic I was already struggling to get resources, and it just knocked me over and down. Its very aggravating and frustrating for new players.
