Guns sounds before Quantum Rise or the arrival of T3 ships. Amarr Mega pulse lasers were awesome.
Like: PPPPPPpppppssssssssssiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiioooooooooooooooooooooochhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Very rich and powerful blast. Minmatar large autocannons and artillery were perfect too. They sounded like they should: guns on a real life battleship! Now, all we hear is pop corn popping sounds… snif

I also miss the mining laser sounds and quite times studying while mining, every ship I trained has been nerf’d some to the point of no longer being useable anymore, I stopped and played some other game, they did the “balancing” thing and for me ruined the game.
I remember the first time I logged in and saw a Dominix with a swarm of angry bees, I know 5 do the job of fifteen, but the visual impact is not the same.

I miss being able to go deep into a large alliance sov and ninja moon mine with a small pos set up, I made a fortune from BOB, Bruce, goons and some others now its just stupid 24hr to put up a citadel 7 days to decompress pfffft

I miss when there wasn’t fifty thousand YouTube videos giving tutorials on how to do anything and everything making any task easy and risk free and showing what makes the most money so a monkey could understand.
Also the amount of vets telling noobs to fly cheap trash is appalling. What kind of fun and adrenaline does your 2 mil frigate give you when you risk absolutely nothing.

I miss a time before supers, and before caps.
I miss the days when I could find people actually mining in low sec, and they used cruisers and battleships for it.
I miss not seeing billions of freaking citadels everywhere.
I miss pirating in low sec with a thorax with small guns and 8 heavy drones.
But most of all i miss so many of my friends that I used to fly with, but who had the brains to leave this game years ago.
