What happened to Twitch skins as rewards?

I got out of the loop from news in the last couple of weeks, so I’m asking here…

I can’t see the option to redeem a skin from CCP’s Twitch stream for 10.000 points. There is only an option to highlight my message for 700. Are the skins discontinued?

The skin option (from what I have seen) is only enabled during big streams like the AT, then they get shut off until the next big thing.
