What has happened to this game?

It’s okay, when that time comes I’ll be there to help Aiko beat the evildoers.

Seriously, take a kill board sample.

I wish I had the entire data set to work with. I don’t even know who to ask. But just a sample will do.

The average gank kill is around 260M last time I checked, which exceeds the likes of Goons and PL, and those organizations routinely destroy super-capitals and high-end citadels.

Safety.'s average kill right now is 431M ISK, in fact.

At the start I saw you killing mainly Ventures of newer players which was what Lucas also noticed, but you have moved on up from that point killing a wider range of targets.

And that Dramiel kill was likely an Alpha based on the T1 fit.

Oh, so you think I’m getting better eh?

Yes, obviously.

Was this one of yours?

That’s classified.

Highly unlikely, since that player was flying barges recently.

Also last time I did a sample a few months ago, only about 3% of Safety.'s kills were Ventures. Which is actually fairly low considering that they gank indiscriminately. But from what I’ve observed being in the alliance, basically new players are told to go practice on Ventures, but otherwise there are so many other, fatter targets out there that Ventures simply don’t get killed in large amounts.

Hence, once again, the 431M average kill value, which includes all of the low-end Venture/empty pod outliers.

Lucas is a KNOW IT ALL.

You did, I remember reading that thread.

If someone can provide a kill board dump, we could put this debate to rest.

I think it would be possible to pull player statistics like “age” just by using the name too, but I’m not sure, as I haven’t played around with the ESI stuff.

This was easy during the “griefwatch” kill board days, but that one’s been down for years now.

@Scipio_Artelius Lucas is demanding that you provide more data.

Aiko’s average kill mail value is 596M, so those must be some expensive-ass frigates.

I chose a random famous player “Vily” to compare, and Vily’s average kill mail value is 462M. And Vily’s kill stats are absolutely full of capital and citadel kills, which skew the numbers up.

Checked some others. Aiko is beating pretty much every single famous null-sec/low-sec player in terms of average kill mail value.

@Aiko_Danuja please stop murdering all the babies rocking fat stacks of cash inside their cribs. You need to go out to 0.0 to do real PvP against players who are flying much cheaper ships on average.

Hmmm… they look a like!

Seriously, if you need the data for your own interest, ok that makes sense. But don’t waste your time trying to convince the anti-content crew here. Multiple people have tried this mamy many times and it’s the same as with CCP’s conclusion, if it doesn’t fit their narative they will just dismiss it or ignore it.

Hey, I want better content when going after gankers. Most gankers are anti-content, why would they be loot scooping through other ships for example if they were not killing content?

Sure, but Vily’s board is loaded with capital ship kills and 200B citadels. I’d think that that would pump up stats much more than some freighters would.

Besides, your argument is that Aiko hangs out near starter system and shoots frigates, and obviously that’s not the case. It’s a pretty healthy split among all sorts of viable gank targets, and small ships like frigates represent a tiny minority of that.

Then ask CCP to remove CONCORD, because as long as gankers die within a few seconds of initiating their attack to an NPC police force, you won’t be able to do anything of significance to them.

Because they’re smart and use the most efficient means to achieve their ends?

What you’re asking is like if I were to ask why all miners don’t automatically engage me after I steal their ore. Because they aren’t obligated to.

You consent to it every time you log in.

Look, it’s just that you are completely unbelivable when you write this things. Because you are not dumb enough to expect that gankers when losing the option to use a fleet hangar would just be better content for you. Or are you?

Maybe you are. But I think you are as always looking for ways to make ganking more cumbersome, as you do for decades now. It’s not about better content for you, but about less content for gankers. And that is why you and the other crybabies who constantly brigade the forums with new threads to nerf ganking are anti-content.

Really, if they wanted to make less content for gankers, the fastest way to do it would be to open a massive rookie training corporation, and drill survival strategies into them. Although most won’t listen (speaking from experience here). But still, it would be the most efficient way when compared to all the other ways that have been historically utilized.

The average CODE. kill is worth 260M. Less than Safety.'s, but still more than most null-sec and low-sec groups out there.

If your issue is with Aiko as a player in particular, I can’t comment on that, aside from her per-kill figure I quoted above, which is one of the highest in the game. Maybe new players need to stop flying such expensive ships? When I did lots of wars, I generally wouldn’t attack any new players that were in the mix or players in shuttles/rookie ships and low-end standard ships like frigates (unless they were actively hunting for me), but if I saw a 3-week-old in a battleship, I didn’t discriminate. I feel that that’s completely rational on my part.

Can I get 5 x polarized Vindicator, please, pretty please.

And yes I am 100% sure he deliberately used a vindicator to suicide gank.

Well, my offer was made to a specific poster, and specifically referenced T2 and T3 ships that that poster mentioned. I definitely didn’t make it an open offer to everyone and extend it to expensive ships in general.

However, there’s actually an explanation for this Vindicator usage. Back during that time, the things were going for about 300-400 million. Considering the fact that they can put out around, if not more than, 3,000 DPS with overheated polarized guns, that puts their firepower/ISK efficiency relatively close to a Talos. Maybe like 60%-ish? But then you only need one character instead of three.

Don’t get me wrong, I still find it a weird choice. But this doesn’t meet the criteria of my challenge.
