What are the stages of Alcoholism and where am I?

In the following order:

I have an invisible ninja infestation at my house and they’re all cutting onions.

I do not know about stages.. But i know from having met and dealt with alcoholics. It was never about some arbitrary stage. It was how close to rock bottom was one. Only you can answer that.

When you actually hit that bottom, whatever that may look to you, You will then be ready to start on the road to sobriety and recovery. I hope that one day you will start on the road to recovery. It will be a one day at a time and might even be a moment to moment choice not to drink. I hope that whatever rock bottom is for you. It is not as painful as I have seen other recovering alcoholics hit. Before choosing to be sober.

I wish you well and know that I am in your corner and hoping that one day you will choose recovery. But that choice remains with you. I can only cheer on your efforts at sobriety from behind this keyboard and monitor.

This joke has been circulating for the last 80 odd years. The first film was done in the later 1970’s. By a guy that did it as a lark. He did those training and presentations for companies. The story goes he wrote up the script and then one night after finishing a film for chrysler. He convinced the camera crew to stay and film the turbo encabulator. Later on the encabulator ended up in the chrysler auto parts book as a joke.

The encabulator is a poke at the absurdity of technical jargon that is at time sounds more like made up words. Much like in Eve. Ever read the specs any of the of some of the modules. I sometimes get a good laugh at the made up jargon of the pseudo-science that is used to describe some of the modules.

You should watch Star Trek.

I have and do..

Interesting concept here…

Looks like the company is trying to corner a niche market (motors for conveyor belts) before expanding, that’s a sensible move.

This will get laughs. British officer complains about the colonial’s whooping em over taxes and an a%$ smelling French.
