Yes, “safe-sec.”
Just the new starter area known as exordium. Anything out of side of that is potential pvp. That is really all that has changed.
He’s desperate to find a win anywhere else but inside the game, since he clearly can’t get any.

High Sec will always have some bearing on the economy. It produces. People lose ships in PvE all the time. Miners mine 24/7. That’s economy. High Sec spends money a lot. Billions are spent. Billions are earned.

Exactly. There’s no need for PvP in High Sec.
For umpteenth time again PVP happens. War dec’s are still a thing. PVP can and will happen anywhere in eve except for Exordium. While you may not like it. It is still going to happen.

It’s too bad we’re not looking at more ways to encourage consensual PvP in high-sec outside of straight ganking. Basically criminal activities other than theft, scams or duels (aka: seal clubbing) that exclude fleet involvement.
I hate war decs. They should never have been a thing. They only exist to turn PvP on in high sec to let someone attack someone else and STILL maintain Concord protection if a 3rd party joins in. Structures can’t defend themselves- in fact they can’t defend themselves against anything. They’re pathetically weak and expensive thanks to that damn core. I gave up moon mining simply because I refuse to buy another Athanor.
