My Father has been in prison and wants me to get his character started but he wants to know what book is the best to know all of the skill trees and ships and mods and of course a little lore but mainly just what is the best book that has all the skills and ship trees for EVE?
The EVE University Wiki? I do not think there is a paper book that has what you are looking for. For lore only things definitely Empyrean Age and then Templar One.
There is ISK, but I’m sure some of the information it contains is outdated. The third volume is about Dust 514 for example.
EVE is one of the least documented games on the market, at least by the developer. There are plenty of third party sites with various strategies, charts, and gameplay information, as well as a bit of lore.
I would recommend printing your own material and creating your own book
Dad has more important priorities and issues than playing vidya games, I’m sure.

I know of 3 novels that are based on the lore of Eve and have read them. They are good to fill the time when you can’t actualy get online
