CCP have already made a model for it.

Today was a stream about texturing it.

Video works for me.

But in the stream chat today someone from CCP* said that there is no date yet, but that they are optimistic for 2018. Did sound very unlikely that it will be on Tranquility with the “Into the Abyss” update, though.

*Can’t remember if it was CCP PointyBits or CCP Bunnyvirus who said that. You could watch the stream chat, if you really want to know. The chat gets recorded too.
