Where are we in February 2018 with regards to getting this done?

Outposts have to be moved over, then cyno bridges need to be transferred (“stargates”), and then we are done, right? The outpost transition is already plotted but was postponed due to structure firmware 2.0. So I think we are done with that within the next 5 years…
The Outpost conversion to faction Citadels has been postponed until the Summer (Likely the Nordic summer that begins April 19 this year). Upwell 2.0 structure changes were given priority based on player feedback.
The first iteration of player built stargates which will replace jump bridges will hopefully be added to the roadmap at Fanfest.
