Prior to a few days ago, I was seeing these sites regularly in hisec.
Yesterday and today, since the “spawn time reduction” update, they seem to have completely disappeared.
Decreased spawn time means we should be seeing more of those sites, not fewer sites, right?

Derelik is broken. Don’t hunt for sleeper sites there.
Which region of space are you flying in? I have chased them for about 10 hours in Derelik without finding any. There was a combat site in the first system in Devoid.
I was also looking in derelik. I’m drowning in the regular hisec trash sites.

Regular hisec trash sites?
“Hisec trash sites” means “Sansha Hideaway”, “Sansha Den”, and other cosmic anomalies not from this event. Sleeper Forge sites are the sites that I’m chasing because I just want to finish up my event rewards.
Move out of Derelik. There are even double spaws in systems outside Derelik, even in much higher traffic systems then I was looking at in Derelik. I submitted a ticket about this.
Thanks, yeah seems like that’s the best choice. Hopefully other regions aren’t similarly affected.
Kor-Azor and Devoid in Amarr space, at least has normal spawns. By the empress, I asked two days ago if it was my region or a general problem and I was told they were being farmed more heavily, but they were out there.
It does seem that the Ammatar Mandate has been spared from wrath of Tyrannos, for now.
Also keep in mind that a change involving “actual more spawns” (which we don’t have) would distribute more sites throughout space.
“Reduced spawn time” means sites will appear, get cleared and reappear somewhere else more quickly. The usual result of this after a few hours is that better-travelled regions get swept clear of sites, and the sites tend to pile up in the odd corners and untravelled pockets of that region. (At least until someone heads to those pockets and clears them out.)
You may see more spawns in the hour or two after downtime, and then need to go looking farther away to find them as the day goes on.
There’s a difference between changes in spawns and spawns missing entirely, I have not found a site in Derelik for about 4 days, spent well over 10 hours looking with more than one character. I moved quickly after DT, nothing either. But there is a lot of Rifts there.
It’s not outside the realm of statistical impossibility, but there are at least two threads complaining about this, and everyone reporting experiencing it is in Derelik.
I took a peek at the hisec islands in Derelik, but no event sites there. I didn’t see anything in the lowsec systems on the way there either.
And I finally found a site in Devoid. Yep, Derelik is broken.
It was a respawn time reduction, so if nobody is running the sites in that area then they aren’t respawning, this is not the same as the timer for them spawning without being triggered as a respawn from a completed site
No sh*t. Nobody is doing the sites in Derelik, because they stopped spawning without any notice and it took people days to find out, as people outside Derelik claimed they are just contested, etc. Please visit Derelik and try for yourself.
