Looking to find the following thing : Cultural Semiosis Data its not sold anywhere and would like to ask how can i get it for building a Triglavian suit

Some of the suits can be purchased in the NES, others are available as loot drops or awards for service. These can also be purchased on the in game market or through contracts.
To the best of my knowledge, apparel items can’t be manufactured by players - at least not yet.

It drops from NPCs in Pochven. Drifters from what I have seen.
