Some time ago I used referral link to get 1kk skill points. and now I’d like to figure out who I was “recruited by”. any way to get this information if I don’t have the link anymore?

If you don’t know where/when you clicked that link, that info is likely lost in the void.
Not completely lost, if a Capsuleer signed up under their own referral link they could submit a ticket to obtain such information.
Perhaps even in every case for a linked account could open up friendships with outside parties?
Note Referrals to oneself is not to be used just for farming the rewards as I read in the TOS
