Why activating Capital Emergency Hull Energizer need to disable safety

“(notify) Cannot activate Capital Emergency Hull Energizer II: This action could make you a Criminal, and your safeties are engaged.”

After searching in the forums, I got this, Little things / Small QoL suggestions

It have been posted for almost 2 years…
And activating Capital Emergency Hull Energizer will not give you criminal flag nor suspect flag.:roll_eyes:

It is really confusing turning off dread alts safety to just activate some module like Assault Damage Control.
