First of all I don’t leave a signature and sign my name at the end of my replies… However I do leave my initials just to make it a bit more personal… Also if you actually read the forums, you’d know there’s other posters who do the same…
Secondly it seems you don’t realize this game is actually an MMORPG… I doubt you’re smart enough to figure out what that means so I’ll tell you, it means ‘Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game’…
I guess you’re oblivious to the fact that there’s an in-game event happening called ‘Crimson Harvest’ which basically celebrates the Holiday known as ‘Halloween’.. Obviously you’re not smart enough to realize I’m celebrating the ‘Crimson Harvest’ event and this ‘Halloween Holiday’ by having my character Role Play as a Demon…
Lastly, I must say knowing that it bothers you so much definitely pleases me to no end… As such I’ll be doing it on every reply I post in these forums…
I went and checked official EVE Online discord server, and I can’t even post in channels I would like to use (e.g. market discussion). I scrolled through their Server Guide and Channels & Roles and no information on how I would get the role to post under relevant channels. Do I need to post 1000 nonsense posts a day in order to be able to get posting permissions there? Now that would be annoying.
On the forums you will lose your posting privileges when you repeatedly prove to be very annoying and/or abusive. On Discord, it seems you won’t even get posting privileges unless you do something first. I don’t know what that is, though.
PS. I don’t need help on how to get posting privileges on EVE Discord channels. I don’t use Discord much, this was just to show I can’t even do the most basic things over there.
Not too many though, a couple are creative with a new signature every time that fits the post, but the few who do post the same name every time are probably unaware they’re breaching forum rules:

Come on man, that is a signature – ‘Demon DMC’ – doesn’t matter if you spell your full name or not. I’m not bothered by it, but you could own up to some of what you actually do. I don’t know why, but you’re very defensive lately. Gerard and others have been nothing but reasonable and simply pointed out some things when you’ve overreacted by either accusations or denying you did something. I’m not taking sides (I don’t see that there are sides here anyway), just saying how I see it. Man to man.
I use Discord on my friends channels, it all depends on how the channel owner sets up their channel. Other than just using Discord for group chat, I also share small files or links over it, knowing it won’t get deleted by the person who owns the channel. That is the only benefits I can list for Discord on its own.
I cannot recommend X, Reddit, or Discord for games where the company owns the channels. As you stated above, we are required to jump through hoops getting approval. As long as you are a good doggy, boot kisser, or yes man, they will allow you to speak.
And other forum posters do it as well… Now if it bothers you so much that you have to make a big deal about it, then report it…

And just like you’ve done in the past, you are clearly taking sides again now by posting a reply to me in defense of his posting… In fact, other than looking to escalate this situation even more, there was no reason for you to actually post it since the convo didn’t pertain to you at all…
Because I happen to agree with him a lot. I’m not a serial-like-giver by far. There are only a few people I agree with a lot, and yeah, Gerard is one of them.

I think it’s ironic that the title reads “forum’s dead” to have 5 forumdwellers catfight showing how much the title reads true while also displaying the why. I think it’s time for some of these 5 blokes to do some soul searching…
