Why can’t i account login on test server.

The last mirror for Singularity was taken in September. If you had an account on Tranquility then, you should be able to login to the test server. Otherwise, you’ll need to wait for the next mirror - my guess would be sometime in January.
Does that mean I can login to test server in January?
