I have a gtx 1060. It’s decent. Thing is running EvE gets me anywhere between 160-200 fps. Even the overclock tuner can’t seem to bring it down to fix the coil whine.
Maybe it’s too technical but EvE really could use a Vsync. It synchronises the software with the display adapter refresh rate.

It will also depend on which fullscreen mode you use - some setups won’t enabled v-sync in borderless fullscreen options, etc. under some circumstances and so on.
