Those are handled by alt corporations that anchor structures for tether. We don’t need more than that.

It seems dunking’s (dropping carriers on a gate or elsewhere.) primary targets are those jump freighters. They seem to clear a few trillion a year in kills. So either that’s an acceptable loss rate or Null just refuses to try and police that.
And yes. I’m aware policing that is easier said than done 
I really don’t, and so do most people.
Even CCP has been working to remove resources from the game (see: the recent Ore removal from Nullsec belts and reduction in Ore Anomalies).
It wouldn’t make sense for CCP to remove resources only to re-introduce them again.
I’m not aware of who this “dunking’s” guy is.
But given that Nullsec makes 40T in just NPC bounties per month, “a few trillion a year” is pretty meaningless. 
Also, please show me where these freighters are specifically those of a particular alliances. We don’t really care of freighters from another alliance gets killed.
No that’s per pilot lol, the tactic is a big one, they probably equal a good portion of trillions a month. Who knows.
