While theoretically correct, you miss the biggest impact in this.
Distance from Jita.
Amarr was already struggling as a trade hub, sometimes running out of standard T2 equipment. This will magnify the issue, and over time is likely to cause a contraction towards Jita of the area people play in because it’s no fun not being able to source your ships.
This will have more than minor impact on things like missions being run, and therefore on faction equipment from LP stores as well.
It is clearly not an insignificant change.
Will most people adapt, sure. I’m not doom & glooming over it. Just saying that it’s not a minor change.
