These people see hatred because they are full of it themselves. Nearly all of the ultra hateful invective I have seen in EVE has been from the ‘anti PvP’ people. And just look at how snarly many of them are on the forums. They are not ‘peace and love, man’ hippie types with flowers in their hair…as they want to be perceived…quite the opposite. So in a thread about ‘hate’…one should accurately see where it is really coming from.

No…I quite rightly said that being AFK 99% of the time is NOT a playstyle. A playstyle is if you actually play the game. You cannot be playing the game if you are spending 3 hours ‘having a pee’ and paying no attention whatever to what is happening in the game.
If you get ganked AFK its because you were NOT playing the game.
