That would interfere with his playstyle though whch involves donating billions of ISK to CODE. while he goes for a pee
All my thousands of likes I get from people I don’t even know tell a different story.
And you can’t even protect an MTU… how sad…

Wild speculation! What proof do you have? Are you a GM? Do you have access to the forum server logs? How dare you to accuse me of manipulating the forum mechanics!
Did you not see the sarcasm typing of the word probably?
If the mental age of some of the respondents here is anything to go by…they’re already in diapers.

Other than the fleets of AFK ice-mining Orcas, you really can’t AFK mine in high-sec nowadays. You don’t have enough capacity in most mining holds (forcing you to compress or jetcan), the rocks are quickly exhausted (forcing you to switch targets) and faster cycle times see you go through crystals much faster.
Depends on the definiton of “afk”.
A Mackinaw that works with A-Type II crystals needs more than 11 minutes to fill it’s mining hold. With max-skills and max-boosts.
If you target 1 roid per laser and another for the drones, roughly 25k m³ are harvested from the roids during that time, that will work not only in icebelts but also in most moon belts.
So, while you can’t leave the game for hours like with Orcas, you can mine on multiple accounts and watch videos, leave the room, do a workout, cook a meal or whatever you like while paying only absolutely minimal attention to the game once every ~10 minutes.
My personal threshold is 1 player input action every 30 seconds, everything longer is basically “afk gameplay”. 10 minutes definitely is.
What you ACTUAL mean is that YOUR 1/3 Spam is ok, but you just don’t want to see ours?
You basicly jump on EVERYTHING we post with unecessary aggressive answers and the sheer audacity to even call ONLY OUR posts ‘spam’ is beyond borderline…
If the devs wanted me to stop ganking, they would ban me. They haven’t, ergo, they are fine with it. Simple logic!

If this is true the same remark counts for me…own goal…
I’m not the one who’s just posted 3 posts in the past 5 minutes. And you’ve long since ceased posting anything constructive…its all just metaphorical shouting at lamp posts.
Or(unthinkable i know) they are fine with me too and i told the truth about the sources of what i state…You see…every medal can be turned to the other side.
no…it’s 4 for you… ![]()
And btw…i’m not in this forum 24/7 so if i’m answering in blocks of 4-5 posts after HOURS in which i’m not here…HOW is this even ‘a problem’ or ‘spam’…?
My last post before THIS block is EIGHT hours away…
That it does. Your assessment is probably spot-on, although I suspect that if we’re talking high-sec mining that 11min will rarely be achievable (due to smaller rock size, etc.)
In a small mining fleet I’ve rarely been able to achieve more than a few minutes away while mining “regular” belts (non-ice). Time enough to check the latest threads and waste most of it skipping through pointless comments and discussion… ![]()
