Why they don’t recognize that the Porpoise is the same hull as the Noctis and Primae?

One should find the Porpoise in the variations tab of the Noctis info. One does not.
So what though? what difference would it make?

Sometimes, details matter.
How in this case do details matter, visually we all know it is the same, what is the disadvantage of not having it shown under variants?
Noctis is a completely different ship altogether for what it does compared to the porp.
Noctis isnt a command ship
If primae was on the ship tree, id imagine it would be separate from the others as well.
