First; CCP has a whole page announcing reasoning, mechanics, features and some indicators of coming rules, and reasons behind them.
Then there are posts on the forums from ccp developers that further elaborate.
Not one person you’ve argued with on this thread has said the rules are already in place.
You are ignoring a whole lot and drawing false conclusions and have repeatedly said you’re going to be there trying to police Exordium. You’re even trying to invite others to do the same.
Show me where I said you’re acting against the published information concerning Exordium, other than where you are hell bent on mining and pretending the least valuable ore in the game will be some sort market crashing cash cow?

When someone with the CCP tag before their name posts something concerning how things will be handled, that means there are rules that have been discussed internally and will be implimented when the content goes live.
You are simply looking for ways to insult me on these forums for no reason. I’ve taught you about things in eve that you didn’t know before, and I am civil with everyone except that shade person that decided to insult my real life.
The reason you don’t see my name on that dev blog in those arguments is entirely because of @Chad_Frostpacker taking pictures of his screen with a phone.
May i ask why you are making a difference between reporting of botting - which seems to be ok to report for you…and exploitation reporting in accordance to and with respect to the rules of Exordium - which seems to be not ok for you?
what rubs me wrong is that before the content is even live, before anyone has done anything wrong, you’re on here trying to build yourself a police force for the space.
Botting is wrong and should be reported. I think if any veteran players go to exordium to farm, they are just dumb. Mining there will absolutely not break the market, or pose any competition. CCP has already stated there will be repurcussions that could effect even having an account. I believe them when they say they will be watching closely.
Some of us will be there to teach new players. I have asked some people to come bump my orca while I boost for new players. I don’t want people like you reporting them for that since I have asked them to do it so we can teach new players about it and how to handle it.
They should not potentially lose their accounts for assisting in teaching new players. So I do not like your self appointed policing, especially since your intention is to get accounts banned.

The case of Exordium and botting is quite different. It is clear that botting is undesireable, but in this topic we’re essentially discussing veteran participation in Exordium, right?
End-user license agreement is there as a bureaucratic/legal “we told you so”, so that CCP could delete your account and plex from the game. EULA is rather generic and is not a play by play “playbook” or a guide. CCP has exlplained their design goals, intentions and purpose of Exordium. So you’ll have to stop ignoring that.
EULA on Rookie Griefing is concerned with griefing. Interacting with players positively is encouraged by CCP, as they stated. Therefore, EULA on Rookie Griefing isn’t some list of rules to enforce or police players with indiscriminately, as you suggest. That part of EULA applies only in cases of griefing, as per title.
It is as if you’re missing the forest (point of Exordium), because some trees (EULA) are in the way. 
Essenitally, your stated mission boils down to griefing veteran players for having positive interaction with newbros, which is supported by CCP, for example. Then the question is: is that truly your intention or does this “mission” arise from some confusion or some seething malice.
Funny thing is why you all get that upset if i just tell that the rules of the game are to be followed. Instead of going after me you should go after the rule definition by CCP.

Nobody is upset Barney. We all know how unreleased content works. You dont post on a forum telling folks that you will deliberately watch them, report them, and threaten to get their accounts banned just because youve let your ghost theories get the best of you. Youve become disillusioned at this point by stating the same threat in 5 threads for the past 2+ weeks…and about something as dumb as ore that according to you…will just crash the economy with all us vets sucking it all up. Its what you have in your head when you wake up and what you have in your head when you go to sleep. Thats some pretty scary behavior that you may want to get some opinions on my friend.

Good question. I was busy in meetings today so i havent been able to watch fanfest like i used to. I was able to catch the guy that talked about space ( that was awesome by the way ) and i had to cut if off for the rest of the day.
I should check back in to see if they have actually allowed anybody inside.
