You can set safety to red in an 0.9 system and bait/steal/shoot.

There is no 100% safety in space in Eve atm, outside of Exordium.

Glenduil is correct in that they can mine in 1.0 and be completely safe. It’s a part of EVE now
No we’ve been talking of highsec outside of Exordium.
Glenduil was trying to make a point that 100% safety in Eve already existed outside of it, that I shouldn’t have to care about Exordium as 100% safety already existed elsewhere, and then asked why I cared so much.

1.0 doesn’t exist outside of Exordium. When anyone says 1.0, it’s Exordium.
Means in Exordium, has been for a week now, and you responded with sicking Aiko on them.

For everyone not up to date, you can see the new security levels in the map. There is a star at the bottom called “Geography” that will open the security filter:
You will see that there is no 1.0 system in High Sec anymore.

Were we can see whom of the top rated vets hold bitter arguments about how the changes are effectively making their lives hell?
There doesnt need to be one because it wouldnt be that long. The list of folks that are really hot and bothered about the whole thing would probably fit on a martini napkin.
