Amazing very useful site, just wanted to mention that: the instrumental and vital gas sites can spawn in C13s too, and there are both relic and data cans in the Silent battleground (which im pretty sure all shattered specific, not just the c13).

I have been tracking this for some time and have found a number of such anomalous spawns, mostly in NS but also once in LS. Today I stumbled on another: at time of writing P3EN-E has two c1 wormholes: an O883 and an S804. So perhaps this affects specific systems and causes them to spawn c1 wormhole types?

I checked the rest of the constellation: no other systems in it have anomalous wormholes. There was one other outgoing wormhole, but it was an expected ns → c2 type (R943).

All the other observations of similar anomalies I’ve recorded notes for have been in Guristas space (Tenal twice, Pure Blind, now Value of the Silent). I didn’t record the LS system where I first saw it, unfortunately. However I note the first observation in this post was Curse, so presumably that was just coincidence.

I’ve seen them during events but also in normal times when no event was on, so that is not a factor.

Nothing else unusual or unexpected about the system that I can see.

Based on when they collapsed the O883 must have spawned ~11:00 2023.05.05 (+/- 1h or so) and the S804 ~00:30 2023.05.06. Thus it looks like that system was spawning c1 wormhole types for at least half a day or so.

A regular R943 had spawned when I logged in the next day, so whatever was happening is no longer.

Perhaps the effect is from DT-DT?

Thanks you for these reports! I will log them in my personal database as the investigation continues.
They could be tied to specific systems or even regions, but based on data we have now its too early to conclude that.

Found another one: L614 current open in NCG-PW. Two other regular NS wormholes in system.

I’ve scanned all signatures in the constellation: there is in fact one other anomalous WH in RLTG-3, an O883 (c1 to c3)! Aside from that, just a few “normal” WH types and other regular relic/data/combat signatures.

NCG-PW had a weak metaliminal plasma storm, but RLTG-3 does not, so I suspect that is coincidence.

No other anomalous wormholes in either connected Anoikis system.

Added a requested feature:

  • You can now point to specific wormhole type via ?type=WHTYPE link (it is case sensitive). It will highlight wanted wormhole type with all its attributes.

example: whtype.info/?type=A009 LINK or whtype.info/?type=H296 LINK

It does, info is provided in a tooltip. Since only frigate hole regenerates you can see it hovering your mouse over ‘up to Destroyer’.

  • added info for A009 type (rarely spawn in NullSec)
  • killcount was broken, fixed, needs 24h to populate

Just stopping by to say thanks and praise the great tool, ease of use, colors and the info in it.
i link it to people all the time, the link edition trick for wh names is especially nifty, and new explorers love the safe explo part of it.
This is also my first message on the forum, i thought it’d be fitting to leave it here.
