There are still couple of things waiting for confirmation (like scan difficulty level for N290).

Added scan difficulty level difference tooltip for all wormholes that are observed to be both static and wandering.
I wanted to incorporate this info couple of years ago when I added sig level column, but was not possible since not all wormholes of the same type (one being static and the other being wandering) had different sig levels. Now, their sig level finally differ in a standardized way since the last patch.
Note; sig level for wandering N062 still waits to be discovered and will be added to site.
