Missiles do not work like turrets and the long range missiles behave similar to artilleries, so you should not look at dps because it is misleading.
To an extent, you can look at dps with close range missiles to get an idea but it is always less than the fitting screen shows.
Keep also in mind that the tanking subsystems were changed last summer. You have one shield booster subsystem and the other one for high resistance buffer fits.
