NOTE: I define a deep safe as a bookmark that is far (20 AU+ MINIMUM) past the orbit of the furthest planet and is not within the bounds of the warpable celestials. Things like previously bookmarked sansha incursion sites are often far enough to be considered deep safes. Bookmarks that are off d-scan of celestials but still within the bounds of the furthest celestial’s orbit are NOT deep safe bookmarks according to my definition. I’m only interested in deep safe bookmarks.
