PLEX transfers have been taking a bit longer the past week, but no more than 3 days. It sounds like there is a specific problem with this transfer, or maybe you got scammed…
Only course of action at this point is waiting for CCP’s response
Resolved! Thank you CCP - ISK now returned.
Took some time but we got there. Apparently very heavy load of incoming support tickets currently, which is effecting reponse times.
Finally back ont he hunt for a 100m+ SP toon with ISK ready to go!
