Im just as frustrated as you mate, Ive never done a transfer before but Ive followed all the instructions and paid the fees so I would like this resolving quickly for all of us
Just bringing this thread up again towards the top to let rest of you know, that we haven’t still received any word about where the character transfer is. Ticket’s been open for couple of days and no answer yet. I can’t understand why this is taking so long from CCP’s side, since it directly involves someone’s real money (in this case the seller who transfers the character).
This is to serve as a warning, if something goes wrong → you’re not getting help for days.
Morning, Ive finally received word from CCP as of 09:50 this morning, the transfer has been completed, unsure why it took so long as all parties carried out everything correctly. Ive never transferred a character before so maybe it usually takes a few days but all seems sorted now,
