You might want to reduce some of those prices by a large margin… Noone is going to pay 7b for a C5 with two astras or 18b for a C6 with one astrahaus. 30b for the home hole could be appropriate if you have a lot of caps, otherwise you can be lucky to get jita sell for the structures tbh
