Darn, I missed a nice sell opportunity on one account due to this. Can I haz reimburze?
I also have 2 omegas and a couple of alpha accounts with the same email, lets see tonight when I login (all toons are online everyday on the last year)

Will I get the rewards if I was alpha before the shutdown?
You had to be logged in as Omega once in the previous 30 days to receive the large package. If you weren’t Omega at all during that time but you logged in as Alpha, you get the small package. If you never logged in, you’ll get nothing, but you can buy stuff from the market 
Looks like Alphas are getting their stuff after Omegas have been completed.
Well I logged in the last hour after being out iwth my kids and 5 accounts, nothing so wth n ive been playing for years!
But but… it’s always after downtime…
I have two ‘main’ characters on the same account, one is paid for and the other has his training paid for via PLEX. Do both chars receive the gift, because both are paid characters and both are Omega. I’ve looked again and I didn’t read anything about it being only one ‘Omega Loot Box’ per account in any of the information.

Where does it say that? I can’t see that anywhere. All I can see is it saying ‘Omega pilots’, and I have two of those.
I was answering your question based on experience not any description or announcement.
This was the same since I play (though I only play since January last year) and event granted redeemable rewards / gifts (like the fireworks launcher and fireworks in one such case) it was always per account and not per character as I recall and the same is the case now as well.
Pilots aren’t omega though, only the account is, activating a second skillqueue doesn’t then mean that character is any more omega than it already was without it, your redemption queue is account bound and all pilots on that account have to share its contents, its how it has always worked

On May 7th, these will be placed in the redeeming system of every
account that’s active in the 30 days prior to the fifteenth anniversary,
and holds Omega account status at some point during that period.
