@youngpuke2 Do you support hiring (EVE Vanguard) Warclone Mercenaries as an attack/defense vector in Capsuleer conflicts? Like attacking/defending Planetary Infrastructure, Skyhooks/POCOs and Upwell Structures?
As a CSM would you try and pitch for CCP to make stack multi-split (splitting a stack of items into multiple stacks of same size in one go instead of just one split at a time) happen?

Yes I think it would be a great idea. Just depends if CCP has the time and ability to implement it. How would it look like? If it would increase content generation then I think it would be good thing.

As current CSM, Youngpuke has been very involved in the FW space and helped spearhead problems and provide valuable input to both the CSM and CCP. He shares a similar history to me in getting things added to the game through actionable and concise documentation of concerns that CCP can work with. Which is very helpful as a member of the CSM.
I support his campaign as he has the right mindset, ideas and ability to explain problems that is helpful to CCP.

Last year I asked eight questions and then compiled the answers into a huge mega-thread. It was massive. With the exception of MILINT_ARC_Trooper, no one had a thread bigger than mine, to be fair MILINT_ARC_Troopersā thread was so weighty and knowledgable it teetered on the edge of collapsing into itsā own core.
That catalogue of replies is now a time-capsule and encapsulated within are the hopes and disappointments that CSM 18 candidates considered worth speaking about during the year of EVEās 20th anniversary.
The responses gave voters en masse an opportunity to test and compare each hopeful CSM 18 candidates commitment to their claims of being community oriented, knowledgable, responsive and representative of player values. Given that the CSM does not directly control any aspect of EVEās development and that the successful candidates are those that can identify existing and future consequences, co-operate with other CSM members, and communicate issues -from a player perspective- to CCP staff one-to-one, Iāve formulated a set of questions designed to seperate the compressed ORE from the Long-Limb Roes in this years election race.
Year-on-year the Independent Representatives, Solo players with single accounts, Worm Holers, Triangle People, Semi-nomadic Role-Playing Sandbox Explorers, and Salvagers, have been organising and gaining traction against the self-secure Null-Bloc Empire Candidates and their vast hordes of leather-skinned, evil, flying-monkeys. More-and-more players are choosing to vote in members they believe can positively impact CCPās approach to the game regardless of their in-game affiliations.
Exposure matters, who are you, what is your clue?
As was the process last year I will post each candidates reply in a super thread, first-in first-served.

Puke has been a buddy of mine for a long time and like most long term Eve friendships we have hated and shat on each other as much as we bonded and made woopy. No feet pics for the woopy, this is a family game.
Heās been one of the most important content drivers for the lowsec and faction warfare areas for the past few years. More importantly, he legit understands the FW and LS game mechanics and wants more destruction and more confrontation which is good for everyone.
Iāve played since 08 and have seen CCP change a lot of ā ā ā ā over the years (I fought with goons against Band of Brothers, with Morsus Mihi and I was in WI. when it was Wildly Inappropriate.
None of that really matters other than to say I have played for a long time and I trust Puke to be a good influence on the CSM and a friendly person to work with, even when you disagree with him.
I missed his stream but complimented him on the classic fake bling and glasses look. I would have preferred he use a dinosaur costume though.

Puke is a good man AND hella leaky so if you donāt like him you donāt need to worry about him serving out his full term.
I kid I kid. Puke would be a good member of the CSM. Heās always been interested in maintaining a healthy environment for small and medium sized groups.

Iāve worked with Youngpuke2 during my career in the Gallente Militia and I can say he is a forthright, enthusiastic individual that has poured boundless energy into faction warfare, communicating and organising feedback for CCP and the existing CSMs, as well as creating content for all to enjoy in low-security space. There isnāt much more that I can add personally that hasnāt been said already in support, other than that I know he will work tirelessly in this position should he be elected.
A vote for YP2 is a vote that will not go to waste, if you wish to see effective representation and further support for faction warfare and low-security space on the Council of Stellar Management (which you should). I wholeheartedly and unreservedly give my endorsement to YP2 for the CSM.

I almost rage when I check the minmil store, we could have boosters (interdiction range boosters, alpha strike boosters, etc), useful implants (not Jackal implants LOL), etc.
Special wardec policies:
- New Wardec Policies: I believe that dedicated Factional Warfare corps and alliances should have the flexibility to wardec any corp that has members enlisted in any of the militias (both sides of the warzone), regardless the eligibility status of the attacker and defender. This would allow for more direct conflict resolution and reduce the impact of standings hits.
- Corps enlisted in FW should also be able to aid in wars without having to be elligible
- Addressing Overfarming and Alt Corps: Such a policy could also help to discourage overfarming and the use of alt corps that we know that belong to individuals from the enemy militia.
So, overall my idea about FW and wardecs is having something closer to the old wardec system, but it should be for the FW public onlyā¦ I mean we already live in eternal war, please remove the hurdles in our way.
Whatās your thoughts on these two subjects I brought here: better LP store (boosters, implants, consumables of any kind, etc) and special wardec policies.
For last, how about being able to convert LP into tokens just like the ESS tokens and then simply selling the tokens in the market and through contracts?

Youngpuke2 is a great guy who I have flown with many times. He will be a great player advocate to CCP and I am confident, based on my conversations with him, that he will lobby for common sense changes designed to drive pvp and make pve more enjoyable. For these reasons, I personally endorse Youngpuke2 to serve on CSM 19.

Having worked with youngpuke on many FW initiatives, and seen some of his ability to drive improvements even outside of the CSM, I am hopeful he would be able to drive changes even better from within it.

While I was on CSM I talked with Youngpuke2 a lot about the changes in lowsec.
Heās been a long time advocate for lowsec and FW and will be on my and the Brave ballot for CSM!
I think heāll do a great job.
