Youngpuke2 for CSM 19- Rebuilding the Ladder

youngpuke2 understands that some days you’re the fisherman and some days you’re the fish. Both are good days. He’s got the right stuff to move the needle and the judgment to push it the right way. Other fleet commanders respect him enough to reach out before a fight and trust him enough to keep is word on an agreement. He knows what makes the game fun and the ideas he advocates for aren’t just good for one group or another. He’s not just an advocate for low-sec, he’s an advocate for the game.

Puke is a good guy, very passionate about what he does in EVE and the people he plays the “game” with. He helped out our corp when we were growing and has been a person that keeps his word and communicates well. He also has thick skin and can work well with others which I view as an important trait needed to get change done.

Youngpuke2 is bringing RL topics into local chat when he’s frustrated with a situation so I’m not so sure about that thick skin. Maybe I’m wrong and he’s not frustrated but just thinks it’s cool to do so. I’m not sure which of the explanations makes him more unfit for representing any kind of community.

Regarding the focus of his campaign: Youngpuke2 has pulled his alliance Sedition out of faction warfare and moved away from the warzone to ass-end Genesis and is hiring nullblocks to kill structures (in lowsec) for him. Not really what I’d expect from someone who wants to represent FW and improve lowsec.

…well now isn’t that interesting? :eyes:
:ninja:
@youngpuke2 is this true?

You’d be hard pressed to find a more passionate and enthusiastic candidate. +1 endorsement from me.

Out of respect for the ongoing campaign, I’ve created a topic for the bidding to continue, and keep the campaign thread clear.

Good Luck and happy bidding

Keep on voting gents!

Bro, I’ve flown with him for a year and never heard any politics.

As for genesis? Its low-sec. Enough said. Plenty of sedition still D.E. into Gallente and we support FPOND every chance we get. There is more to low-sec than just FW. But yes, puke has a lot of passion, knowledge, and ideas about both LS, FW, and even NPC null that would be healthy for this game.

Faction warfare is one of the most engaging pieces of content in Eve Online, you get paid to PVP, what more do you need? Youngpuke is a legend in the GalMil/CalMil community and he’s without a doubt getting my vote. He’s contributed a lot to the Eve Online community and we need more players like him to help Eve be what it was meant to be.

It’s a story of YoungPoop duuuuude!!!

Can non-campaign and out of game things be kept outside CSM campaign posts? It isn’t the time or place to start drama.

Over the years of CSM elections, much shade has been cast far and wide. Always has, always will. Info warfare has gotten mighty hot this year.

But we’re talking about player elected representatives.

Voters deserve to know whether they’re voting for someone that’s out for their best interest, or just claiming to be in pursuit of their own private goals under a ruse?

Those glasses though… and dat chain.
Quite Notable.

It’s YoungClown DUDE!

Dear Youngpuke,

I hate your stinking guts.
You make me vomit.
You’re the scum between my toes.

Except I haven’t. I saw a campaign post started to derail and spoke up against it, I told several candidates I hope they get elected, asked Drake Iddon to expand on an answer he gave and commented once in the campaign post of Kshal Aideron that just because people haven’t experienced or seen toxicity, doesn’t mean that it isn’t happening within EVE or that dealing with it should not be a priority. Not sure how you would explain that as feeling the need to comment on everything.

And your point being? Just because Milint is known for comming up with unusual fits and making a serious argument why they work doesn’t mean he isn’t a good CSM candidate. I still made top 20 last year as I have done before. That is a really good result for a CSM candidate that isn’t backed by being on any block ballot. As with each election, there will be others who did better and those who did worse. That isn’t a measure of how good or bad a candidate is.

Sorry, as someone who is not aware of all the lowsec pvp candidates, but looking to vote for one, why do so many people dislike the OP?

Hm.

Hmm…
It’s almost like Deja Vu.
Isn’t it.

So… for lore related questions pertaining to Arek’Jaalan, should I ask -you-?
@MILINT_ARC_Trooper
Or should I ask the guy that lives there and gives tours to anyone that asks?

First, it’s not clear to me why you would be adding eyes to a quote when there were none in the original message but you do you.

Second, my words and meaning were clear but feel free to contact me directly if things are not for you.

Third, you are free to ask lore related questions but this isn’t the place to do it.

Lastly, I spoke up against derailing of a campaign post and will not contribute to it derailing again or any further.

I think it’s fair to say this train has already jumped the tracks and going down into a ravine on fire.
