I haven’t received an email. I don’t get marketing mails from CCP at all. Made support ticket on December 18th. Still waiting for an answer and solution from an expert. I’m Omega.

Good afternoon. I also tried to get the video.
When I clicked on the link, I was asked to choose the main character.
I chose everyone on my account. And everywhere I got a message : "This character was not identified as your main character, please try again with a different character. Videos are only available for eligible omega characters"
I also want to note that my boyfriend received his video on time and had no problems with choosing a character and watching the video. And I get all the news messages in the mail.
The “main character” is considered per email address, the message is misleading.

Your main is considered the character on the email with the highest SP - I was able to locate your video and send it to you in a private message on these forums. Enjoy!

Is there any CCP team member who can help me generate a link? Or should I submit a ticket?
The fuzzwork link gives me an error (below). I tried the fuzzwork link 20 days ago and got the same error.

I have 30 characters. My main has 315m sp followed by 29 alt characters. All my accounts are Omega.
