But i must say that the last 2 years were the WORST and not ‘good’ as you stated since the game went live.
They seemed to be out of course in every possible way…
First in the early two year period they decided to let it all run as it was, players left, because they were bored.
THEN they turned the ship somewhat 180° around, away from the iceberg(wardec changes ect.),some PVP focused players ragequittet because they could not gank so easy anymore.
As they saw this they panicked and hit the brakes hart, smashed the ship on course to the iceberg again because this is a PVP only game.right, but guess what…now are the PVE focused players leaving because they don’t want to be ganked even more easily.
What is next?
Again smashing the ship around into PVE favor?
Does THIS look like any kind of ‘strategy’ or ‘knowing what to do’ to you?
To me it’s a desperate try to please everyone, which is something that cannot, and will not work.
Yes, another year in the game. I think gifts will be a little better. But the trend is scary.
Imagine, the factory has about 10,000 drawings 10/20, half of all the originals of the game, and materials for 30 billion. And now each alts is offered 1,500 training points, a drawing for one copy 0/0 … What next? 500SP? 100? 50SP? 5000cr?
Is this some kind of social experiment? Why also take our time in this way? Do we have a lot of it? My wish for the CCP in this year is to learn to value the time of players. Less bugs, more stability. It is better not to give anything than to give trash.
So I’ve made a general statement - if you want to refute it, please do so with specific counter points. Refuting it with an opposing general statement doesn’t make for good discussion. I am in complete disagreement that the features over the past two years are somehow incompatible or reversals with each other or that they polarized a significant player base past initial whining, which happens for literally every patch on every thing big and small, to the point of ragequitting. I don’t particularly care if an individual player with 10x accounts leaves or if botters leave - that happens with any patch in any direction. It’s like when a kid goes to the doctor and gets a vaccine that goes owwie or takes medicine that tastes bad - guess what? It’s good for you in the long term whether or not you recognize it at first (or at all) and whether or not the initial experience is unsettling.
But again, please do not refute my general statement with an opposing general statement. Obviously there exist people that disagree with me - saying that you do doesn’t move the conversation forward unless you enumerate specifically why.
Not sure about that… I flew around in a nergal designed for like T2-T3 abyssal groups and never came close to dying in the egg sites orbiting a bunker at 500m and shooting stuff with mystic pretty easily. Tbh the only issue i had was replacing drones constantly from the guristas anti-drone AI
The Triglavian player-ships are pretty powerful, even when fit with nothing better than Tech-2. And much more expensive to get into, than any Tech 1 destroyers, if you consider cost as a balancing factor. The advertising was the only error: “…an event with smaller ship classes like Frigates and Destroyers as the focus, so pilots with less experience and fewer skills trained can get involved”
Waddabout a 1 run BPC for a 7 day expiry SKIN that goes into manufacturing directly as you claim it ( this is, if you have the skill requirements, and materials in the hangar, ofc )
I don’t think it would be hard sadly XD. you lose SP when you die in a T3 cruiser… you used to lose SP when you didn’t upgrade your clone and died if I remember that right.
CCP GIVE US TEMP SKILL POINTS THAT YOU TAKE AWAY IN A WEEK ROFL.
while I do love the abyss part of the events we had. the log in is such a joke… why even bother redeeming the 7 day skins? Not even one has been for a ship I fly on any toons either, all crap.
