Hi, I have a problem at the time to log my acount in, I already accept the last EULA with my acunt but at the time to strart the client it show just a black screen with the mesege “resource loading” after 15 minutes I reallize that it’s not working and don’t shows the characters window, I also reinstal the client and the problem isn’t fixed, this is a screenshoot http://prntscr.com/hajwvs

Is this the cause my launcher lost all registered accounts? Again?

So i have to accept the eula and relogin all of my accounts. and then today i had to relog them in again. any update on when that will be fixed…

Or at least where the launcher stores list of accounts. I’m tired of relogging and resetting them each time.

I have deleted, added, re-installed, and I still cannot get the game to start. HELP!

I also have this and cannot play the game - any news on how to fix??

EDIT: The customer support button on the launcher does not work - I’ve only ever created a ticket in-game …is there a way of creating a support ticket out of game?

I created a ticket

… and it forgot accounts again! CCPlease fix this.

Well, almost no problems.
Thought I’d gotten lucky but when I opened the launcher this morning it had “forgotten” all my accounts. Again.

Another long sigh, a new cup of coffee and I re-entered them all again. Only this time I wasn’t asked to “accept” the EULA. The profiles all connected to the accounts properly and it started the clients normally so not a huge problem but still a PITA if it keeps happening.
Oh, and it only happens on the desktop (running Win10) but not on the laptop sitting next to it (also running Win10 not that it should matter).

WELL I SUCCES TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF THE BLACK SCREEN.


When you launch the game and you have the black screen, you press “ESCAPE” for open the main menu of the game.

After you have to clean the cache file of game in option menu:

you close and you will can launch the game and return to farm!

why is there a 3.25 GB download … you gotta be kidding

I can no longer drag and drop my different account launcher order. before you used to be able to reorder your accounts. I still get the drag cursor icon change, just nothing will drag anywhere. Am I missing something?

Glory Fix!

Apparently you need to press and hold and then drag. Though response is glitchy at best.

i still cant get the launcher to work, still get the “could not copy files for tranquility”
