I can login to Singularity without a problem. Tranquility I just get a black screen and socket closed after character select. I’d venture to guess things aren’t back to normal…
Same here. The strange thing is that EVE’s launcher is showing over 19k players in Tranquility atm. I wonder what’s the issue is.
The player count has barely been about 20k all evening. Normally in recent weeks it peaks at around 34k. Clearly there is a massive problem still. Lots of people can’t log in, and CCP is silent.
Yeah , its like 20k online, meaning not everyone has the same problem, my corp-mates are online too, guessing its only the chosen once that have the issue 
same issue. have not been able to log in all day. not going to list all my issues that i have to deal with in game. just know that this is hampering my isk making efforts!! Moons, Asteroids, PI, blueprints, buy and sell orders. smh. Eve is my drug… and i haven’t had my fix today!

so uninstall and reinstall doesn’t resolve the problem
still character choice then black screen with empty chatroom, and then after some second it lost connection.
I had same issue, restarted PC and all good for now.
Im glad that youve tryed that uninstal/install option, meaning we dont have to do it, i was really thinking about it though

If you have black screen on log in, nothing works. Restart doesn’t work. Clear cache doesn’t work. Reinstall doesn’t work.
This only happened since the servers dropped in the attack after and it has continued to happen even after the restart.
Same here. For me, Singularity works just fine. Tranquility is the only one that dosen’t allowed me to log in for some reason.
Why would it?
It’s not a client issue. It’s a DDoS on the servers.

restarted PC/router, ive restarted my friends PC too like few times , no effects LOL
restart coffee machine, it work better than eve

Singularity and Tranquility are in different data centers in different countries.

We, the community would appreciate an update not silence as to the ongoing nature of the issue. I have been with CCP and EVE since Beta and am disturbed by the alarming lack of information over the past couple of years when issues have occurred. We, those that play and pay for your livelihood are still waiting for compensation from the last issue from the patch. You can add today to the list of owing us an explanation and compensation for lost game time as we wait to hear nothing but silence from your end.

In a very different network location, unaffected by the DDOS.
