I’ve logged all my clients in a couple of times over the last 50 minutes with no problems at all. (Swapping between main and alt toons, probably 15 log-ins so far. Everything running smoothly.)

are you in europe? because i think theres a priority for euro pings or something. I have 1gb fibre connection with sub 2ms ping how am i not getting in

Renewing my IP let me get passed the launcher issue

over and over again, resetting IP, restarting client or pc, nothing works

in cmd promt try ipconfig /release then ipconfig/renew worked for me.
I can confirm that using different IP help me to log in back to the game and also to the support page. Unfortunately I need to use my Original ip as well and that is not possible atm.
Send a petitions via the eve online website is the normal way, might work
