I have already sent a TIcket and even got an answer for CCP, the sent me an script to diagnose my navigation.
The answer was already sent, if you want I can post my ticket number or provide a new one here if that my help in any case.
I’ll try a VPN, but even if that works that is a short term patch to solve it, but perhaps it may provide a clue about the issue.

I believe your issue is different to one we are trying to diagnose in this thread for the UK people on Virgin Media having disconnect issues Adelrad, but thank you for the offer.

Yeah, looks like the regular times are off now… going to try catch something again tomorrow.
Same for me, stayed connected between 23:45 and 00:30 running traceroute, identical to the one posted by Suitonia. only managed to catch one during a DC with an alternative route mentioned earlier
So far I still can’t connect, but at least I can see they do intend to help.
Fingers crossed that I don’t need to drop the game if this drags on for a long time.

As you can probably tell from this thread CCP really do put in a lot of effort to try and sort out problems for the players, even when the problem may not be on their end.

If IP geolocations are reliable I seem to make quite the journey through the internet. I start at my house 30 miles from London and head into Lewisham. I manage to get out of Lewisham without being mugged and head west across the country to Bristol. I escape Bristol to a secret (unknown) location before heading to Wigan and then go international, heading to an unknown location in the Netherlands. Then it’s off to Amsterdam, stop off at a cafe, then put on a woolly hat and head to Stockholm. Do a bit of skiing before flying off to my final destination somewhere in the USA.

Just had the disconnect even whilst using ProtonVPN which has been stable all of yesterday. Before using VPN was getting the same disconnects as everybody else.
I’ve been logged in for the last 30 minutes or so and didn’t get disconnected.
