Nothing should be taking this long to diagnose and repair. Does it take three or four days for you to take subscription fees off of debit accounts? No that seems pretty instant. Maybe use that same sense of greedy urgency to fix this potato? Seems like its time to sell the franchise to someone willing to prolong its lifespan and who actually cares about things like player base…or do what youre doing now, just let it die. Hows that monument going though btw? Its looking more like a monument carved with the names of players who USED to play EVE, a memorial tombstone. Happy 20th!

Seriously you just have to rollback chat rosters to your internal chat server systems.
It is obvious that those sorts of relentless chat issues began right after moving to AWS.
Human makes mistakes, it’s not a shame. Denying to admit your own mistake is a shame. That’s you CCP’s fundamental problems keep making things worse for recent few years.
I’m just sad.

sure then maybe the rewards would be the same as in WH space then…that would be worthwhile…undocking a super to rat in without local or the ability to “close all access to your space via rolling holes” is just dumb, and nobody is gonna do that.

There is no ample feedback that will uncluster these neckbeards. It just does not exist. More desperate for profit they get, the worse the quality of the game gets like so many others. They dont frankly deserve everyone’s patience. People pay hard earned money to play…they deserve a return on their investment. At the least not willful indifference and negligence. If you have sold a lemon to thousands of players, return everyones RL money until your product is ready for consumption. Its simple. Dont greedily soak them for their money then give them the cold shoulder when they inquire for the 100th time why the game is yet again broken. Its not only bad business, its predatory. A sham.

meh, IMO local should be opt-in anyways. It is free system intel. One should have to use their d-scan and or probes along with visual confirmation to know what and who is around them.

Kinda breaks immersion/lore don’t ya think?
In the distant future after the EvE gate collapse, you use a stargate to jump to another system and ‘bam’ you know who is in the system with you instantly due to the ‘EVE System Channel’. This should be opt in, a button on your HUD, like turning on or off your FoF/ID beacon like todays pilots.
At the least the pilots that do not use the system gates should not be in the local chat- IE Cyno, Wormhole, and Filaments

then dont rat in a super, change your behaviour to make up for the change in hardship, have combat scanners out, use dscan, etc etc

wormholes arn’t the only place that has no local where it isnt an issue

Used supers last night to bash hostile structure in busy lowsec with no working local

Sounds like a skill issue if you wont use one deep in friendly NS where you can bubble every gate to hell and keep eyes on them
