Freelance enforcement brings a lot of fun to yourself, while shares will benefit some newbro ganker and help kickstart his career, which is also a good thing. Do whatever your heart desires, you will make Highsec a better place both ways
This is about whether @Australian_Excellence used illegal automation, or not, on any of the 24 accounts involved in the gank.
As none of us can determine that, its now about whatever anyone feels like.
No.
Its still about that, and only that.
Anything and everything aside from that is offtopic.
Is the topic REALLY a kangaroo court that has no power?
I mean what are we supposed to discuss? The possibility of cheating?
Yes.
Thats exactly the topic.
Purposeless except to give you the chance to argue for no outcome.
Cases for the possiblity of both cheating and not cheating have been made.
What else is left to add?
It’s possible.
Did he do it? That’s not up to us.
Conversation over.
Just how wrong you are… you can select target to fire with preactivated guns – it will lock target on its own and start firing the moment target is locked.
Really? I could have sworn this was about a bunch of carebears who are jealous about @Australian_Excellence’s extremely impressive PvP skills. You know because of all the baseless accusations and tears
Wrong.
A target lock requires either a player command, or an autotargeter module which reciprocally locks back on a target that locked you first.
The rest was explained.
This is about whether he sent manual, individual commands to 24 accounts, or used automation at any point in time.
I think that anyone telling you a firm number on what to expect are just spouting a number. Watch Jason’s stream and you will see fluid human movement.
Threads and witch hunts like this are completely rediculous unless firm evidence can be provided. It’s not anyone’s job to prove their innocence, but the burden of proof relies on those accusing.
Nobody here, as a poster/player can decide whether he broke CCPs rules. Only CCP can do that.
But that doesnt mean we cant discuss the incident and available facts related to it.
Right and I understand that. I just think it’s a waste of time to hear everyone’s opinion on how many clients a second they think is possible.
I give you a simple task : get into any ship with turrets/launcher - even venture will work here. Go to some rats, press f1 and click on any rat. Report back what happened.
Thats because you arent yet understanding that there are limits to human performance, especially when there are 24 accounts involved, as operated by one person.
If you think that is a waste of time, you have said so as duly noted, and you can go spend your time elsewhere less wastefully.
Hey look
Another thread where people not knowing how things work comment believing they know things
Module activation then clicking on a target locks the target, then activates the module.
Anyone who actually played the game knows that…
Also, if AE wasn’t legit, CCP would have already banned him (since they probably have all gankers on watch already)
Lol
Hey look.
This has been acknowledged and stated many times over in this thread.
Yet you still speak as if it were a lie
