Just in case there is a ransom involved and CCP is considering to pay: I would consider that a good reason to cancel my subscription. Keep on fighting!

There was another thread (or was it earlier in this one, i dont recall) where a mod or ISD or something (some form of authorityā¦lol) said to send in a ticket, and there might be a possibility of reimbursement of lost time, etc.
Which, in shortā¦ means that most of us, that do not complain, are screwed and get nothingā¦ i guess CCP wants to get out of this as cheaply as they possibly can

Appreciated, but can we get a post to expect some reimbursement for this time period. Otherwise your already overloaded support is going to be in ticket hell for the forseeable future.

for thos looking for reimbursement, id expect skill points more then anything, a GM already told me you cant get your lost ships back soā¦

Itās region dependent and some people are able to stay on while others canāt connect or get DCed constantly.
Hitting the DNS site doesnāt hammer the server itself, rather prevents and disconnects connections.
I would recommend to hold off with sending requests for reimbursement of the lost time to customer support until things clear up a bit.
